Registration
We do not require that you provide any information, nor create a username and password other than for purposes of purchasing products from our web site. In addition, the option of creating a username and password is provided only in the event that customers plan to use our site to purchase products from our web site in the future and would like to keep their contact information on file with us for that purpose. Upon registering, users will receive confirmation that their information has been placed on file with us and, when applicable, a username and password have been created. Your address details are not required for registration and will only be required during a purchase from Tiles Paradise.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
When you become a Tiles Paradise member, we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address and e-mail address as well as some demographic information such as gender. Tiles-Direct.com will NOT share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis. Your contact information is solely used to verify and process each transaction in real time via Worldpay and solely to process your order. This information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfilment.

Correcting/Updating Your Personal Information
After becoming a Tiles Paradise member you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link. The changes you make will be reflected in our databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, please contact us trough the 'Contact Us' section.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We do not share aggregated demographic information about our Userbase with our partners and advertisers.

Personally identifiable information
We only store information that you provide and choose to store in your account profile.
We do not share your profile with other third parties.
Agents

We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. Service Providers. We use Worldpay to provide credit card processing on our site. Worldpay is prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Credit Card Information
Credit Card details are only required during a purchase from our website. The details are collected on Worldpays' secure site and only used for processing by Worldpay. We do not see or store your credit card details on our site.

ID [Address] Verification
We use Worldpay to verify your credit card billing information, in order to ensure that the user is the person identified on the credit card and to insure against fraud.

Communications

Promotional Emails
From time to time we may send out email messages on products, special deals & promotions, if and only if you have opted in to our email newsletter. In addition, you will receive communication from us 1) if you contact us for a particular reason, 2) to receive your orders, or 3) we need to contact you for administrative purposes. Administrative e-mails will not contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive our News Letters, they will contain promotional materials from Tiles-Direct.com.

Newsletters
When you register with Tiles Paradise you are given the choice of opting in to our newsletter, which provides information about special offers, promotions and product announcements. We also provide the option of creating a username and password if you wish to keep your information on file with us for intent of doing business with us again.

Choice/Opt-out
