Tiles, mirrors, toilets, radiators, shower sets — all held in our UK warehouse. Most orders ship the next working day. Tiles go out on fully-wrapped pallets because porcelain chips and we'd rather not deal with that.

If anything arrives damaged, photograph it while it's still on the pallet. Tell us within two working days. We'll sort a replacement — no argument.
