Concealed showers
With a concealed shower, the valve and pipework are built into the wall and only the controls, the shower head and the handset are on show. It's the neatest look you can get, and the enclosure is easier to clean with no bar valve or exposed pipe to wipe around.
Fitting a concealed valve
The valve is set into the wall, so concealed showers are best fitted while you're re-tiling or building a stud wall. Plan the height of the controls and the position of the head and handset before the wall is closed up, and have your installer set the valve depth so the wall plate finishes flush with the tiles.
2 or 3 outlets
Our Quadra and Orbis concealed sets come as 2 outlet models, running a large rainfall head (300 x 300mm square on Quadra, 250mm round on Orbis) and a handset, or 3 outlet models that add a wall-mounted bath spout. The twin controls set the temperature and select the outlet.
