We deliver tiles, SPC flooring and bathroom products across the UK using a combination of parcel couriers and pallet delivery. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout based on your postcode and order contents.

📦 Parcel Delivery

  • Used for: mirrors, showers, radiators, accessories and other smaller items
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 working days
  • Tracking: you’ll receive tracking updates from the courier once dispatched
  • Upgrades: Next Day / Day Specific / Saturday (UK Mainland only, where available)

🧱 Pallet Delivery (Tiles & SPC Flooring)

  • Used for: tiles, SPC flooring and other large/heavy orders
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 working days
  • UPN updates: you’ll receive delivery updates once dispatched
  • Kerbside only: pallets are delivered to the nearest safe, accessible kerbside point
  • Vehicle: typically 18-tonne lorry with tail lift
  • Availability: someone must be present — pallets cannot be left unattended
⚠️ Pallet Deliveries — Check & report damage
  • Please inspect pallet deliveries on arrival.
  • If there is visible damage, note it on the courier proof of delivery and take clear photos.
  • Do not sign or mark the delivery as “checked & clear/clean” if damage is present.
  • Report damage within 2 working days (48 hours) for replacements or refunds: sales@tilesparadiseuk.com
🛡️ Optional: Extended Delivery Protection (4 Working Days)

If you need extra time to inspect your order after delivery, you can add Extended Delivery Protection at checkout for £9.99. This extends the damage reporting window to 4 working days. (Does not apply once items are cut/installed.)

Pallet delivery fees for tiles & SPC flooring depend on your order value (pallet deliveries only). Your exact cost and available delivery upgrades are shown at checkout after entering your postcode.

Parcel deliveries (mirrors, showers, radiators, accessories) are priced separately and shown at checkout based on postcode, size and service selected.


🚧 Access restrictions & special conditions

Please tell us in advance if your property has access restrictions so we can advise the best delivery approach. Email: sales@tilesparadiseuk.com

  • Narrow or weight-restricted roads
  • Steep inclines or tight turns
  • Low-hanging trees / overhead obstructions
  • Steps, gravel, grass or uneven paths (pallet trucks cannot safely traverse these)
  • Gated access / restricted delivery times

If delivery cannot be completed due to undisclosed restrictions, the courier may return the goods and a redelivery/return fee may apply.

🔁 Missed / refused pallet deliveries

A £40 charge per pallet applies for cancellations after dispatch, refused deliveries, or missed pallet deliveries. Please ensure your phone number is correct so the courier can contact you to arrange delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is typically 2–7 working days. Express options (Next Day/Day Specific/Saturday) may be available at checkout for UK Mainland addresses (where available).
Will I get tracking updates?
Yes. Parcel couriers provide tracking once dispatched. For pallet deliveries, you’ll receive updates from the pallet network (typically UPN).
Is pallet delivery to the door or inside?
Pallet delivery is kerbside only. Drivers cannot move goods inside, unpack pallets, or carry items up steps/over gravel/grass.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect deliveries on arrival. For pallet deliveries, note visible damage on the courier proof of delivery and take photos. Report damage within 2 working days (48 hours) to sales@tilesparadiseuk.com. If you purchased Extended Delivery Protection, the reporting window is 4 working days.
Can I change my order or delivery address after dispatch?
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended. Please check your delivery address, contact details and items carefully before placing your order.
Do you offer collection?
We currently do not offer a collection service. All orders are delivered via courier.
