Shipping and Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability. We aim to deliver your order swiftly, but please be patient if there are unexpected delays.

Liability for Transit Issues: We strive to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit. Our shipping partners are reliable, yet unforeseen issues can arise.

Condition Upon Receipt: If you're unsure about the condition of the received products, please sign for the goods as “Not Checked”.

Fees, Taxes, and Duties: You are responsible for all shipping and delivery fees, as well as any applicable taxes and duties. These costs will vary by destination and the items ordered.

Delivery Limitations: Currently, we do not offer delivery outside the UK and to some UK postcodes with our standard solution. If you encounter issues at checkout, please inform us, and we will explore possible solutions.

Delivery Methods: Our standard delivery methods include a small wagon (7.5 Tonne Truck) or a large wagon (18 Tonne Tail Lift HGV). We deliver to the kerbside, which is the nearest point on your property accessible from the road.

Special Delivery Considerations: If your driveway is sloped or graveled, or if there are access restrictions like narrow roads, please notify us during the order process. Any undisclosed access issues requiring a second delivery attempt with a smaller vehicle will incur a redelivery charge, payable by you.

Handling of Products: For safety and insurance reasons, our delivery team cannot unpack or carry products into your home. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

Tile Delivery: Tiles are delivered securely strapped and shrink-wrapped on a pallet to the kerbside of your property. Our drivers cannot assist in moving the tiles beyond this point.

Parcel Courier for Smaller Orders: For orders under 20kg, we utilize a parcel courier service.

Tile Cut Samples: When ordering tile cut samples, you will receive a small piece of the tile, measuring either 10cm x 10cm or 15cm x 15cm, to help you visualize the full-size product.

Be Present for Delivery: It’s crucial to be available on your scheduled delivery date. If you're not available and a redelivery is necessary, a charge will apply.

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested, failure to do so will result in paying for a re delivery charge.
