Shipping Policy

We offer shipping and delivery services for our products. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the location and product availability. We are not responsible for any delays, damages or losses that occur during shipping or delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery fees, taxes, and duties.

Deliveries arrive by pallet on an 7.5 TONNE TRUCK or 18 tonne tail lift HGV, and are direct to kerbside. Hazards or obstructions, e.g. sloped or gravel driveways, may result in the delivery being made to an alternative location. Access restrictions, e.g. narrow roads, may also lead to a delay or failure in delivery. If your property has restricted access, please let us know in the comments box at the point of placing your order. Orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the courier. Please ensure someone is in to receive your tile delivery. 

You MUST advise if there are any parking or time restrictions at the delivery point.

Tiles will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property (curbside). The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes. Orders under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier.

When ordering Cut Tile Samples you will receive a small cut sample either 10cm x 10cm or 15cm x 15cm.

General Delivery Information

 From our carrier you will receive a phone call on the day of the delivery .

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested, failure to do so will result in paying for a re delivery charge.
