Welcome to our tile shop. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. General

Our tile shop reserves the right to refuse service or products to anyone at any time, without notice or liability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services or products at any time, without notice or liability.

2. Products

We strive to ensure that all information, descriptions, prices, and images of our products are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. We reserve the right to change or update product information, prices, and availability at any time without notice or liability.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by our tile shop. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, without notice or liability. In the event of an order cancellation, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Payment

We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any form of payment at any time, without notice or liability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping and delivery services for our products. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the location and product availability. We are not responsible for any delays, damages or losses that occur during shipping or delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery fees, taxes, and duties.

Deliveries arrive by pallet on an 18 tonne tail lift HGV, and are direct to kerbside. Hazards or obstructions, e.g. sloped or gravel driveways, may result in the delivery being made to an alternative location. Access restrictions, e.g. narrow roads, may also lead to a delay or failure in delivery. If your property has restricted access, please let us know in the comments box at the point of placing your order. Orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the courier. Please ensure someone is in to receive your tile delivery. If required, you can return unwanted wooden pallets to your local branch for disposal.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You can return any resell-able products to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded, or individual tiles with an RRP of £10+ each.Tiles Paradise reserve the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 30 day period. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our tile shop or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tile shop provides products and services “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products or services will meet your requirements or expectations. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses that arise from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our tile shop is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our tile shop is located. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability. Your continued use of our products or services after any such amendments or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
