All our outgoing deliveries are meticulously packed and checked to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, tiles are fragile and occasionally some can be damaged in transit. Should this occur please let us know as soon as possible within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll refund the the damage tiles or send replacements. Damages from Pallet deals or Job Lot Deals can not be replaced due to batching issues. However we will offer a refund for damages if pictures are provided within 48 hours of delivery
