All our outgoing deliveries are meticulously packed and checked to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, tiles are fragile and occasionally some can be damaged in transit. Please ensure your order includes 15% Extra for damages. Any damages under 15% of the order will be credited back or added free of charge onto your next order. Should this occur please let us know as soon as possible within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll refund the the damage tiles or send replacements. Damages from Pallet deals or Job Lot Deals can not be replaced due to batching issues. However we will offer a refund for damages if pictures are provided within 48 hours of delivery
