When they came there was 3 boxes with all tiles broken badly, but when we told you, you send out new ones, but my tiler is doing the job now and he has come against another box with both tiles broken, because they are so big they really need to be wrapped so much better then you do, what a waste of money and time, You need to get your warehouse to do a much better job
And your reviews were so good which is why I tried to order from you .
Was worried about buying tiles without seeing them but these did not disappoint.

I love my tiles which will look stunning after the builder has refurbished my bathroom.
However, the delivery method leaves much to be desired. After a few days I started to check on the web site to see if my tiles had been despatched. According to the web page they were still being processed, whatever that meant. After approximately 10 days, I emailed to ask when delivery might be, but had no response. They are impossible to contact! After about 2.5 weeks, I received an email to say I'll be receiving a consignment! When they arrived it was on a forklift type apparatus on a pallet! This pallet was left to me to dismantle and take to the local dump! I am a 66 year old woman with a very painful back! Luckily i had a male freind that could help. He had to use his power tools to break down the pallet to get in his small car to take to the dump. Before my freind could arrive it started to rain which degraded the cardboard the tiles were kept in. Therefore less protection. When bringing them in we found a lot of the tiles corners had snapped off. I'm just hoping there's enough whole tiles to do the job!
I had no idea they would be delivered this way, and would have gone somewhere else if I'd known.
The tiles are lovely, but communication with these people and the way they do business is atrocious. Make sure you understand how the delivery works.
The tiles are beautiful however got no email for when they weee to be delivered or ;out for delivery; so wasn’t at home and the delivery guy had to wait for me and I ordered two samples but no sign , tried to contact customer support

The pallet deal is the best I could find. Got the kitchen and hallway done for half the price at Topps Tiles and other retail giants
Had an issue with damages on the delivery but this was quickly rectified and I will be tiling very soon
