Column Radiators
Column radiators bring a classic, period look to any room, with rows of vertical tubes that give out steady heat. Compare column depth, size and output.
Column radiators
Column radiators are built from rows of vertical tubes joined together. The design dates back to Victorian times, which is why it suits period properties so well, but it looks just as good in a modern kitchen or living room, especially in darker finishes.
2, 3 or 4 columns?
The number of columns tells you the depth of the radiator: how many tubes run from front to back. More columns means a deeper radiator and more heat from the same height and width, so a 3 or 4 column model is useful where wall space is limited but the room needs plenty of heat.
Wall-mounted or floor-standing?
Most column radiators hang on wall brackets, but many can also stand on feet, which helps on stud walls or where the pipes come straight up from the floor. Check the product page for the fixing options.
Valves to match
Column radiators usually connect at the side, so pipes rising from the floor need angled radiator valves. Choose a finish that complements the radiator, or browse all radiator valves.
