The tiles arrived on a pallet first box was in pieces second box 1 tile cracked I understand these things happen but no joy getting replacement tiles off tiles paradise they just were not interested they said because I bought a joblot they would not replace but can't for ghe life of me understand what the difference is if its a joblot or 10 boxes would avoid in future refurbs
It is looking just amazing on our new kitchen
Whilst it looks a very nice tile it was not the correct colour for us
It’s difficult to judge the actual overall colour of a small sample as it looks so much darker than I was expecting, but I think the piece I have been sent was possibly from the darker parts of the tile.
This tile is still one I am considering, but I am not quite ready for the tiles yet
Ordered onyx tiles and was please with the delivery schedule, the tiles were perfect for my kitchen wall. I run out of around 10 tiles ordered again. Communication was really good through LIVE chat. I would recommend a telephone number rather than a LIVE chat.
