Delivered on a pallet (kerbside only). Driver cannot unpack or move goods inside.
💥 Damage / Incorrect Delivery
Notify us within 2 working days of delivery for replacements or refunds. Please provide photos while items are still on the pallet. If you added Extended Delivery Protection (£9.99), you have 4 working days. Do not dispose of goods or packaging.

✅ Check Before Installation
Please inspect all tiles before cutting or installation. Claims cannot be accepted after cutting or installation. We recommend ordering a minimum 10% extra for cuts and wastage.
🔄 Returns (Change of mind)
You may cancel your entire order within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, in original packaging and re-saleable. Tile & SPC returns are subject to a handling/restocking fee. No returns on leftovers.

- This product is 6mm thick and is the strongest and lightest cement board on the market, holding 200kg/m² (as opposed to 32kg/m² for plasterboard).

- Featuring the unique, recessed EZ® grid fastener pattern, it's simple to cut and install.
- Formulated with James Hardie's proprietary cement formulation and featuring Mouldblock™ technology, it's water resistant and has a mesh free construction, ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and steam rooms.
- This backboard contains no paper facing, which can become mouldy, or gypsum, which can disintegrate with continuous exposure to moisture.
- The HardieBacker® manufacturing process ensures dimensional stability even when exposed to water for prolonged periods.
- Its unique formulation ensures a strong bond with all the leading tile adhesives.
- Boards measure 1200 x 800 x 6mm.
Tile FAQs
How many tiles do I need?
Measure the width and height of each area to get the m², add the areas together, then add 10% for cuts and wastage. The calculator at the top of this page does it for you and converts the area into the number of tiles.
Can these tiles be used on the floor as well as the wall?
Check the Suitability line in Product Details. Tiles marked "Wall & Floor" are rated for both. For wet-room shower floors we recommend a textured or higher slip-rated finish.
Do the samples cost anything?
Samples are charged at a small amount which is then credited against your full order, so trying before you buy effectively costs nothing once you place your order.
How quickly will my order arrive?
In-stock tiles are dispatched for next-day UK delivery when ordered before the daily cut-off. Standard delivery is free on orders over £499.
Why should I order extra tiles?
Tiles are produced in batches and shades can vary slightly between them. Ordering your full quantity plus 10% in one go means cuts, breakages and future repairs all come from the same batch.
