Returns (Change of mind)

You may cancel your entire order within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, in original packaging and re-saleable. Tile & SPC returns are subject to a handling/restocking fee. No returns on leftovers.

Measure the length and width of the room and multiply them together to get the square meterage. We recommend adding 10% for cuts and wastage.

Are these tiles suitable for underfloor heating?

Yes, most of our porcelain and ceramic tiles are suitable for underfloor heating. Please check the 'Product Details' tab for specific confirmation on this product.

Do I need to seal these tiles?

Porcelain and glazed ceramic tiles do not require sealing. Natural stone and some unglazed tiles may require sealing before and after grouting.
