Emola Cream Onyx Effect Polished Porcelain 60x60cm Wall & Floor Tile
The 60x60cm square is the workhorse of the Emola range and the size most people choose for floors. Warm cream veining runs across a highly polished face that lifts the light level in a room, while the square format keeps setting out simple: fewer decisions, straight grid lines, and less cutting than a rectangular tile in a room of awkward proportions.

Where it works
Hallways, kitchens, open-plan living areas and dry bathroom floors. Because the tone is warm rather than stark, it sits comfortably alongside oak, walnut and brass without fighting them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it suitable over underfloor heating?
Yes. Porcelain conducts heat well and this tile can be laid over both water and electric systems using a flexible adhesive and the correct commissioning cycle.
How much should I order?
Measure the floor area in square metres and add roughly 10% for cuts and breakages. Each box covers 1.44m², so a 12m² kitchen works out at around 9 boxes.
What grout joint does a rectified tile need?
2mm is standard. Because the edges are machine-cut to an exact size, the joints stay perfectly consistent across the whole floor rather than wandering as you go.
Will a polished floor be slippery?
In a dry hallway or living space it is fine. Avoid polished porcelain for bathroom floors, wet rooms and anywhere it will regularly get wet.
