The tile arrived broken because the packaging was flimsy. It was not worth the postage I paid to have it delivered.
Exactly as I had imagined in my minds eye when I was planning my new bathroom. Great quality tiles and easy to work with.
Two of the packs arrived damaged with tiles cracked from top to bottom. These arrived on pallet on site. Were not unpacked until the Friday as I work away from the home. Attempted reasonable outcome but was told unable to claim return, then didn't reply to my subsequent e-mail. Will look to claim back as goods not of satisfactory quality.
I ordered the tile on line but the picture of the tile I liked and ordered is different from that dilevered. I was disappointed.
