Frequently asked questions

What else do I need?
A dual fuel towel rail needs a T-piece or dual fuel valve so the element and the heating pipe can share the bottom connection. Our dual fuel corner valves are designed for this.

Which wattage should I choose?
Match the element to the size of your towel rail: smaller rails need a lower wattage. If in doubt, send us your towel rail size and we will advise.

Other finishes?
Also available in chrome and anthracite grey.

Questions people ask

Screw or adhesive fix?
Screw fixing is the strongest. Adhesive fixing avoids drilling into tiles. The description shows which fixing is supplied.
Are fixings included?
Wall fixings are included unless stated. For plasterboard walls use suitable cavity fixings.
Will it match my taps?
Choose the same finish name as your taps and shower. Pieces from the same range are made to match; see Complete the look below.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry off. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners.
