- Safe near water. IP44-rated mirrors can go in bathroom zone 2, beside and above the basin. Use a qualified electrician.

Safe for your bathroom
An IP44 rating means the mirror is protected against splashing water from any direction. Under UK wiring regulations that makes it safe for Zone 2 — the area around your basin — and anywhere beyond it.
